Don J. Eighme’s Background

Don has many years of experience working with crews and for himself in most areas of residential construction. This includes framing, roofing, remodeling, decks, fences, and plumbing. He is also a licensed public educator with 13 years of experience teaching in the public school system. His experience in construction and education enables him to not only find defects, but also to understand the necessary repairs. He’s able to communicate about any repairs effectively to the buyer in a way that’s easy to understand.

Special Industry Tool

Hidden, hard to find damage can be expensive. Don uses his years of experience as a construction specialist to carefully examine every component/system in the home. This gives our clients the clearest possible understanding of the true condition of the home at the time of the inspection. To achieve this, Don uses a special industry tool:

This tracks down accumulations of moisture and mold.
