I don’t know that I can say enough great things about Raleigh Residential Inspections and Don (our home inspector). We worked with him on the recommendation of our real estate agent who called him “one of the best”. And, he lived up to that!
The first home we made an offer on was older and had many issues. I walked through the home with Don as he pointed out major concerns and took time to explain & answer all my questions. I feel like he helped to keep us from making a big mistake! Based in part on what was found, we decided to move on from that home and put an offer in on the perfect home for our family. Again, we called in Raleigh Residential Inspections and Don did his thorough job. Thankfully, this time, the house was much better maintained and we were able to move forward. Don still did a very good report and provided a list of items to keep an eye on or follow up on.
He was on time, pleasant, thorough, detailed, patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Raleigh Residential Inspections to anyone I know and completely satisfied! 5 stars all the way!

Don was extremely helpful when dealing with our home inspection. He walked through the entire house and outside and went over everything he found. He always had a point of contact or company recommendation for any fixes needed. He also responded to any calls and texts on his own time after our inspection was already done and over with when we had questions. I’d recommend his services to anyone who needs a quality home inspector!
